A Typical Day of Meals #HogsAbroad in Ireland #FoodieFriday

Hi! My name is Kristin Birkhoff and I am a senior Walton College Honors Student studying Accounting. This summer, I got the opportunity to participate in the International Business Seminar in Ireland. This program allowed me to gain knowledge of Irish business through company visits, lectures, and independent study travel. We have attended lectures at the European Foundation, the University College Dublin along with several office visits. But most importantly, we got to try so many new foods! Here’s a look at a typical day of meals!
Breakfast: Irish Breakfast which consisted of 1 bacon, 2 sausages, black pudding, tomato, and a fried egg.

Lunch: Traditional Fish and Chips which consisted of Battered fish fillet, mushy peas, tartar sauce, and skinny fries

Dinner: Pan-Fried Salmon Fillet served with dill mash, samphire and a lemon and caper butter
