Hogs Abroad 101 Drop-In Sessions
EVERY WEEKDAY from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM at the Study Abroad House.
Learn all the study abroad basics – program types, locations, housing options, scholarships, etc. Peer mentors are available to help you review your options for study abroad and start searching for a program.

Fulbright Scholarship Info Sessions
Tuesday, April 17, 5:00 PM-6:00 PM in Gearhart Hall 206 for Study/Research Abroad Grants
Wednesday, April 18, 5:00 PM-6:00 PM in Gearhart Hall 103 for Teaching English Abroad
The Fulbright U.S. Student Program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, provides fully funded grants for post-graduate individual study, research, or English Teaching Assistantships in over 150 countries worldwide. The 2019-2020 Fulbright U. S. student competition is now open. An info session will be held on Tuesday, April 17 in Gearhart Hall 206 for those interested in research and study abroad through the Fulbright Program. For those interested in English Teaching Assistantships, another info session will be held on Wednesday, April 18 in the Honors Lounge (Gearhart 103). Rome Center Info Meeting
Where: Old Main 417
When: April 26, 2018, 5:00 PM-7:00 PM
Applications are now open for the Rome Center for Spring 2019! There will be an information session on the Spring 2019 semester at the University of Arkansas Rome Center on Thursday, April 26 in Old Main 417. Coursework is available in History, Art, Communication, Architecture and Humanities. The deadline to apply is September 15! Spring 2019 Study Abroad Applications are now open!
Interested in studying abroad during the spring of 2019? Applications are now open on Hogs Abroad! Now is a great time to start planning for a semester in another country.

Pending Applications:
If you currently have a pending study abroad program application in your Hogs Abroad Portal , please check to see what you need in order to complete the application and check off those boxes!

Apply for Your Passport:
If you haven’t already done so, now is a great time to locate your birth certificate and submit a passport application. You can find instructions on how to apply using the following link: http://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/passports.html.

You can also visit U of A Passport Services at pmcs.uark.edu/passport-services/.

And, once you have your passport, be sure to log in to your Hogs Abroad Portal to upload your passport information to your application!
