I am extremely excited because ever since high school, I have studied and thoroughly enjoyed what the Spanish language has to offer. So much so that I've even decided to minor in it alongside my medical studies.
Hearing about this program from my Spanish teacher, I knew that this would be the perfect opportunity for me to become fully immersed in the language and culture of Mexico while also giving me the chance to pursue my passion in medicine by taking classes in Spanish medical terminology and shadowing at local hospitals.
