it was a wonderful experience to enjoy the ocean breeze together. |
After a challenging first week of research at the farm in Nampula, the
study abroad team was able to take a weekend vacation to the Mozambican
coastline. We drove about 4 hours east to where the coast of Mozambique
meets the Indian Ocean.

| Taking sailboats rides Saturday to a private island located a little
ways out into the Indian Ocean. These boats had character with
patch-work sails. We were able to watch locals fish as we sailed across
the water. |
