Welcome Party with Exchange Students, January 21. Join us at our office as we welcome everyone back to campus and say hello to our new international exchange students! Come visit our office between 2:00pm and 3:30pm to grab some hot chocolate, decorate cookies, and meet the new exchange students. We hope to see you here!

Coffee Hour with AIFS, January 21. Enjoy a free cup of coffee on AIFS, the American Institute for Foreign Study, and start planning your study abroad! Brigette Thompson will be on campus to talk about study abroad opportunities through AIFS. AIFS offers a wide variety of study abroad programs at accredited schools and universities for summer, semester and academic year terms. Stop by Au Bon Pain in the Union from 3:00pm-5:00pm to learn more!

CIS Abroad Info Table, January 22nd. Program representative Mollie Kaubrys will be on campus to talk about study abroad opportunities through CIS Abroad. CIS offers a wide variety of study abroad programs at accredited schools and universities for summer, semester and academic year terms. Stop by the Union Food Court from 11:00am-2:00pm to learn more!

Gilman Scholarship Meet-N-Greet, January 22. Join us at Holcombe Hall for a Meet-N-Greet event from 5-7 pm on January 22nd and learn about great opportunities to study abroad! Meet students who have studied abroad before and international students who are currently studying at the University of Arkansas! Come talk to honors college and study abroad advisors about opportunities to study abroad! Come learn about the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship from past participants!
*Students are qualified to apply for the Gilman Scholarship if they are Pell grant eligible and studying abroad for 4 weeks or more in-country (www.iie.org/gilman/).  Students do not have to be eligible for Gilman to participate in this Meet-N-Greet event!

Sustainability in Rome Study Abroad Info Meetings, January 22 and January 23. Study sustainability this summer at the U of A Rome Center in Italy. Both architecture and non-architecture students are welcome, and the credits count toward the sustainability minor.  Dr. Steven Boss and Dr. Tahar Messadi will be conducting the info sessions. Both sessions will be held at the office for sustainability (238 Harmon Avenue) from 4:00-5:00 p.m.
