Hi Everyone! Today was our first and only full day on Caye Caulker.
I went snorkeling
with a group out by the reef. There were lots of different kinds of
coral as well as sharks, eels, and rays! We were able to pet the rays
and sharks too! After that we shopped around Caye
Caulker. There are lots of cool shops and handmade art and jewelry
stands here. Also, there is a place at the end of the island that has reggae music, so the first night everyone went out there and danced in
the water. It was so much fun!
One note of advice,
plan ahead to buy aloe vera. Everyone got sunburned, especially those
who went out scuba diving and snorkeling for the full day. Kinda painful
but the rest of Caye Caulker is amazing!
