Dolly, Disease & Discovery in Denmark #HogsAbroad #DISAbroad

Hi! I'm Andrew Larey and I'm majoring in biomedical engineering. It's my first time abroad as I study human health and disease and biotechnology and drug development over the summer in Copenhagen, Denmark.

1. Sitting on the largest monument in Copenhagen, the Gefion Fountain, which depicts the creation of the island on which Copenhagen sits.

2. Practicing the correct use of a tourniquet for I.V. access at a Danish hospital.

3. The once royal residence of Rosenborg Slot.
 4. Edinburgh Castle in Scotland.
 5. Views of Edinburgh after a hike to the top of Arthur's Seat.
 6. Me in the National Museum of Scotland with Dolly, the first mammal to be successfully cloned from an adult cell.
 7. The Edinburgh skyline from the Princes Street Gardens.
 8. Nyhavn, Copenhagen's most famous canal street.

 9. The throne of the Queen of Denmark in Christiansborg Slot.

10. Celebrating St. John's Eve, the longest day of the year, with a large public fire on Nyhavn Canal.
