After our trip to Germany, Shelby and I were able to visit some
friends in Barcelona, Spain. It was a quick trip but in a day and a half
and 30,000+ steps later, we saw as much of the city as we could.
Barcelona was beautiful and had so much history behind it. Also, I knew pickpocketing was a problem in Spain but I had no idea how serious it
would actually be until I got there! I learned my lesson very fast and
Shelby even caught a man with his hands on her backpack!! Talk about an
eye opening experience.
Food wise, Spain is known for their
“tapas/pinchos” and they truly were amazing. This
was such a fun and exciting way to begin my time in Spain, and I highly
reccomend everyone to visit Barcelona if you ever get the chance to!!
