My study abroad trip was in Rome, Italy. I spent the summer
of 2016 exploring the city, meeting cool locals, and eating rather tasty food.
It was my first time experiencing many of life's thrills:
flying, train rides, boat rides, going to the beach, and traveling.
My favorite memories from abroad include climbing the Saint
Peter's Basilica and Florence Cathedral domes. Being able to climb to the top
and look out over the cities was an experience I will never forget.
By studying abroad, I gained more independence and a sense
of newfound confidence. I can't wait to study abroad again!
