Ciao! My name is Braden and I am from Charlotte, North Carolina. I am a Junior at the University of Arkansas’ Walton College of Business, majoring in Supply Chain Management.
I will be participating in an external program to study abroad in Florence, Italy at Lorenzo de’ Medici’s Italian International Institute. The idea of studying in Florence, Italy overwhelmingly captured my attention do to the significant dissimilarities found in the business industry when compared to the U.S. market.
I hope to gain insight on how supply chains and marketing teams operate in the Italian market, allowing myself to continue my studies with a new perspective.
I would like to thank the Sam M. Walton College of Business, Global Engagement Office for providing me with the CRE Study Abroad Scholarship, allowing me to pursue my studies at Lorenzo de’ Midici. Their generosity will greatly impact my leaning experience while abroad and throughout my entire business career.
