Hi all! Today wasn’t too eventful, so this won’t be too long, but I’m
not gonna miss a day this far into my trip! I originally woke up pretty
early this morning due to noise, but then eventually fell back to sleep
for a little while longer and relaxed around the apartment for a while.
My roommates went to Venice for the weekend, so I have the apartment to
myself, so lazing around a bit was nice.
When I finally got ready for
the day, I decided I wanted to go shopping for a bit. I headed for the
bus stop and took the bus to Via del Corso (the shopping street I’ve
mentioned before). I only went in a few places, but one of my stops was
the Disney store where I bought myself a pin of Mickey and Minnie on a
vespa scooter and a post card. I ended up buying two tops and even
though I only came out of the shopping trip with two items, it was a
long trip, so I was kind of wiped and hungry by then.
I had to wait
about half an hour or so for a bus, but finally it came and I got back
to my street. There was a little pizza place across the street from my
apartment that I had never tried, so I decided to stop there to grab
food and it was delicious. After, I just headed back to my apartment and
stayed there the rest of the evening and I’ve been attempting my paper
for my class, but haven’t really gotten anywhere at all. So, I’ll
probably be spending a lot of my time tomorrow working on it as well.
Other than that, I talked to my mom for a bit and realized that my
family comes in about a week and I cannot wait to see them! That’s
