Deadline: Sunday, November 1, 2015 for
Spring, 2016
Diversity Abroad has two study abroad
scholarships available:
1) For use on any study abroad program: The $500 DiversityAbroad.com & AIFS
Foundation Blogging Scholarship is available for students participating in any
study abroad program of their choice.
2) For use on partner CEA study abroad
programs: The $2,000 DiversityAbroad.com
& CEA Study Abroad Scholarship is available for students participating on
any CEA study abroad program and is awarded as a $1500 tuition credit along
with $500 provided directly to the student for incidentals. CEA Study Abroad
provides international programming in 20 different program locations and also includes
the opportunity to participate in a Global Career Development Certificate
program with career mentoring and externships while abroad.

The Clinton Scholarship Program at The American
University in Dubai

The American University in
Dubai is happy to extend a warm welcome to your students to experience a Middle
Eastern Study Abroad to remember, through the Clinton Scholarship Program! Students
may benefit from The
William Jefferson Clinton Scholarship (US Citizens only) and from
any of AUD’s Academic
Programs. Visiting students may also choose to pursue the Certificate
in Middle Eastern Studies Program or our Study
Abroad Program. The Spring
2016 class schedule is now published and is ready for students to apply!
Critical Language Summer
Scholarship Program: 2016 Applications Are Now Available!
Application Deadline: Monday, November 23, 2015.
The CLS Program is an intensive group-based language
program offered at overseas centers during the summer. It is a fully-funded
program for American undergraduate and graduate students sponsored by the U.S.
Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. Intensive
language instructions are available to students with no prior language training
in the following: Azerbaijani, Bangla, Hindi, Indonesian, Korean, Punjabi,
Swahili, Turkish, and Urdu. Some prior language training is required for the
following: Arabic, Chinese, Persian, Russian, and Japanese. Here are the

Grants Available
for Study in Australia with AIFS
New Grant: $1,500 for all Spring 2016/Fall 2016 Murdoch
University in Perth, Australia Students. Any student applying for a
semester long program in 2016 will automatically receive a $1,500 USD grant from Murdoch.
The only catch is that ALL
students must apply and be accepted by December
11, 2015. This includes students who will be applying for the Fall
program. You can apply to study abroad with AIFS through the following

Hogs Abroad 101

Interested
in studying abroad, but don’t know where to start? Consider attending one of
our weekly study abroad Hogs Abroad 101 information sessions! The Hogs Abroad 101
information sessions are led by peer advisors and are a great place to discover
what kind of programs are offered, how to apply, and how to fund your trip.
Sessions are held every Tuesday and Wednesday at 4:00 PM, and last
approximately 45 minutes. Space is limited to the first 25 students each week,
so get there early!
