International Business Club Hosts Director of the World Trade Center Arkansas: March 26. There will be a discussion with Dan Hendrix, the Director of the World Trade Center Arkansas, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the Hembree Room of Willard Walker Hall. This is a great opportunity for all UA students to learn more about global trade as well as become involved with the World Trade Center Arkansas, an outreach component of the University of Arkansas. Dominican Republic Immersion: Saturday, March 30. Experience the sights, sounds, smells, and activities of an Independence Day Celebration in the Dominican Republic! Having a passport or speaking Spanish is not required to make this journey. You will experience the neighborhood “colmado”; eat a typical delicious lunch; learn a little bachata; and experience some Carnival surprises!
