The food has been a test to say the least, but I’m glad I get to experience Belizian culture to its full potential.
We recently got to meet with the mayor of Dangriga, and listen in on his vision for what he expects us to bring to the table. His speech was enlightening, and gave me a better perspective on what it is he expects from our hard work.
