This scholarship enables students
who receive Pell Grants the opportunity to participate in study or intern
abroad opportunities worldwide. Awardees can get up to $3,000 (summer)-$5,000
(semester/year) in funding for their study abroad or internship. For more

Hogs Abroad 101 Sessions, every
Tuesday and Wednesday
JBHT 207 from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Interested
in studying abroad, but don’t know where to start? Consider attending one of
our weekly study abroad info sessions! These info sessions are led by peer
advisors and are a great place to discover what kind of programs are offered,
how to apply, and how to fund your trip. Hogs Abroad 101 info sessions are
offered every Tuesday and Wednesday, lasting approximately 45 minutes. All info
sessions take place at 4:00 pm in the Foreign Language Lab in JBHT 207. Space
is limited, so get there early!

This
application is open to all U of A students studying abroad during summer 2015,
fall 2015, or AY 2015-2016 terms. Depending on the duration of the program,
award amounts vary between $200 and $800. To be eligible, students should have
a 3.0 GPA. For more information or to apply, go to http://studyabroad.uark.edu/funding.
Study or Intern Abroad with External Programs
Most affiliated study abroad programs will continue to accept students
for Summer 2015 on a rolling basis through March. You can browse programs
using our search tool (http://studyabroad.uark.edu/search) or call our office
at 479-575-7582 to schedule a meeting with an advisor to help you find the
right program! Options are available at many price points and on every
continent!
