Today
I woke up and had breakfast on the rooftop of the chaleanor and
shadowed the Engineers while they put the footings in for their archway
at Alejo Beni Park. It was a lot of work making the concrete to pour the
footings.
Later in the day, we hosted a girls computer session and it
went great! We had about 16 participants and they were all very excited.
We had some issues with the WiFi hotspot, but Peacework got it settled
right before our session started.
It is really rewarding enabling our
students to do the basics of computer programming. Officer Ferguson was a
great resource to round up participants from local schools.
