Hosts
for International Students Needed! Spring
International Language Center, the intensive English language program at UA, is
seeking current undergrad students who are interested in helping out with a three-week
program of English immersion for undergraduate students from Japan. The
program is from February 17 to March 9. It involves approximately 15
hours per week of your time but you WILL be compensated. You will also
need to have (or have regular access to) a car because there are times that you
will need to take the Japanese students home. Students who are interested
in other cultures and helping international students acclimate to our culture
are encouraged to contact Alannah Massey at alannah@uark.edu
for more information.
