Spring Study Abroad Fair will be held from 10:00am-2:00pm this Wednesday,
January 30, 2013 in the Union Connections Lounge. Come meet with faculty
leaders, past participants and get information on our UA faculty led programs,
exchange programs and our UA Rome Campus, as well as scholarships, and other

Gilman Study Abroad Scholarship
Info Meetings. This
study abroad scholarship is now open for Summer 2013 & Fall/AY 2013-2014!
Eligible applicants are undergraduates who are United States citizens,
receiving a Federal Pell Grant at the time of application or during the term of
study abroad, and participating in a study abroad program that is no less than
4 weeks. Come find out more about this great study abroad scholarship and get
tips on perfecting your application! These meetings will take place on Thursday,
January 31st from 3-4pm, Tuesday, February 5th from 4-5pm, and on Wednesday,
February 13th from 4:30-5:30pm, all in JBHT 207.
Hogs Abroad 101 Sessions. Before you schedule your first
advising appointment, consider attending one of our Weekly Study Abroad Info
Sessions. The info sessions are offered once a week throughout the semester on
either Tuesday or Wednesday and last approximately 45 minutes. Check out http://studyabroad.uark.edu/calendars
for dates and times. All info sessions will take place at 4pm in the Foreign
Language Lab in JBHT 207. Space is limited to the first 25 students each week
so get there early.

Program representative
Lauren Kolls will be on campus on Wednesday, February 6 to talk about study
abroad opportunities through International Studies Abroad. Lauren will have a
booth setup in front of the Union from 11am-1pm. ISA offers a wide variety of
study abroad programs at accredited schools and universities for summer,
semester and academic year terms. Stop by to learn more!
