International Collaboration #HogsAbroad in Vietnam #PeaceWork

So now we are *really* all together. We have begun work on one of two agricultural organizations in the Hau Gian province. A new program to be implemented is “One Commune One Product” - the farmers in this province will be encouraged to produce a single product, the geographic indicator will be used as a “brand.” So think “Vidalia Onions.” Except one of our products is pineapple.

We now have our Vietnamese student volunteers and the Can Tho University faculty working with us, so it’s an international collaboration.
