This last weekend was a blast! I went with five other flat mates to
London! We also periodically met up with another flatmate of ours, who
was staying with a friend of hers. So while the weekend was fun, we did a lot. To start it off we
visited Kings Cross station, which was by our hostel, and saw Platform 9
3/4:
Afterwards we headed over to Big Ben, Westminster Bridge, and the Eye of London:
Once we had taken plenty of photos, we proceeded to walk down the River
Thames. Here we saw lots. Such as the National Theatre, the Globe
Theatre, the Millennium Bridge that gets twisted up by death eaters in
Harry Potter, the London Bridge, St. Paul’s Cathedral and the Tower
Bridge:
The next day we went to Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace to watch the
changing of guard (Unfortunately this was boring. If you want a better
one go to the tomb of the unknown soldier in Arlington, Texas) :
This certainly isn’t the exact order we did things, (and it’s not
quite everything we did or saw) but it’s the closest I could get without
over elaborating. This certainly isn’t all the pictures either! For all
the pictures that I or my friends take check this page out!
Until next time,
Reed
