In 2 weeks, I will be packing up last minute things and then heading
to the airport to go to Denmark. Crazy how soon I am leaving. It is
weird to think that I will be living in a different country for 6
months. There are so many things I am excited and also nervous for.
Being away from my family and friends for that long will be strange, so
I’ll definitely being using FaceTime to keep in contact with them. I am
excited to meet new people and meet all the people that I will be
living with. I am also excited to travel across Europe and experience
all the different countries. I cannot wait to enjoy the many new
experiences that will be coming my way.
But before I can leave, I really need to start packing. I need to
figure out how I am going to pack everything I need for 6 months in two
suitcases. Just two suitcases…so I will be stuffing my suitcases to
their full capacity that is for sure. I am great at over packing, so
this may be really difficult for me.
These next 2 weeks are going to fly by and I am going to be leaving
before I know it. There are so many things left to do like going to the
Dallas Mavs game tonight and going to the Dallas Stars game on
Thursday. I am definitely going to miss watching all my favorite sports
teams. I also am going to need to eat all the Mexican Tex Mex food as
possible, since I am going to go so long without it. But mostly I am
just going to enjoy these last weeks with my family and friends as much
as I can.
