UA Sweden: Health Teams Abroad Application Deadline December 7

UA Tanzania Program Info Session November 15. There will be an informational session for the Summer 2012 Tanzania Study Program on Tuesday, November 15 from 4:00-5:00pm in Old Main room 421. The Tanzania Study Program is open to all students in all majors and includes one week of classroom instruction in Fayetteville to introduce students to the natural, political and social history of East Africa, especially the nation of Tanzania. This is followed by three weeks of travel around Tanzania, including such places as Mount Kilimanjaro, Olduvai Gorge, Zanzibar, and Dar-es-Salaam! International Education Week November 14-18. Take part in International Education Week 2011! There are a lot of great events planned, including the Study Abroad Student Association (SASA) Annual Photo Contest.  The contest photos will be on display in the Union Connections Lounge on Monday, November 14th from 11:00am-1:00pm. ISA Representative on Campus November 15. Program representative Lauren Kolls will be on campus to talk about study abroad opportunities through International Studies Abroad. ISA offers a wide variety of study abroad programs at accredited schools and universities for summer, semester and academic year terms. ISA programs are available in Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, England, France, India, Ireland, Italy, Jordan, Morocco, Northern Ireland, Panama, Peru, South Korea, and Spain. International Tailgate November 12. Join the International Student Organization (ISO) tomorrow for an International Tailgate in front of Holcombe Hall beginning at 1 pm and going until 4pm! Rumor is that at 1:30pm there will be a special guest from the University.

UA Sweden: Health Teams Abroad Application Deadline December 7. Study in Sweden this summer! This program offers opportunities to see health care at work in the US and Sweden, gain experience with interdisciplinary collaboration, research links between critical care and health promotion, enhance your applications to graduate/professional school, and learn about Sweden, its customs, food and values. The application deadline is Wednesday, December 7, 2011.
