Hello!
Since the last time that I had updated, everything seemed to be in the waiting process. Well, as for now, nothing much has changed- I am still in the waiting process. I've come to realize that time is quickly approaching though. Summer Session 1 will end within 2 weeks!
There are only a few remaining steps that I would need to do, before I could head to Japan. However, the most essential steps involve learning the language and preparing myself for the cultural experience! As the days are quickly approaching, my anticipation level is also becoming higher as well.
I promised myself that I will be very disciplined in trying to get the Japanese language down pretty well, at least the basics! I honestly don't want to reply "what" as to every single question being asked. Yet, I assured myself that it will get better as I absorbed myself to the society and its common language/pop culture. I will be willing to accept embarrassment for the sake of being able to gain some knowledge. After all, that is the main reason that I'm going to Japan right? I just feel that once I am in the society, and with little spoken English, I would have to force myself to saying ANYTHING! Basically throwing out all the words I know that are applicable. :p
Well, maybe my entries are a bit dry and slow now, but I just know that by the time that time approaches closer, it'll be very exciting and colorful. :)
