Office Winter Break Hours. We will be open Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. until December 23rd and will return on January 3rd. Just give us a call to set up an appointment with an advisor.

Do you have a passport yet?
Now’s the time to get your passport before the summer rush begins. You may apply at: http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html.

Apply for scholarships! As most UA scholarship deadlines are in early February, the winter break is a great time to work on applications: http://studyabroad.uark.edu/funding.


Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship summer cycle is now open to ALL majors. You must be a Pell Grant recipient or Pell Grant eligible to apply and studying in one country for at least four consecutive weeks. The Summer and Fall 2011 online application will open in early January and all online applications are due March 1, 2011. For more information, visit: www.iie.org/gilman.
